New Arrangements with Austrains

New arrangements have been made between Austrains and Tom's Hobbies. We will be an agent for Austrains selling their full range here. Any enquiries with Austrains about advance orders and direct mail orders should go direct to them. Austrains products postage costs are $10 per item, plus $6 for each item after that.
**All Austrains products cannot be put on laybys or preorders at Tom's Hobbies. All transactions of their products will be separate from our store.**

Trainorama S Class

The Trainorama S Class run has arrived and is now available for purchase.

Versions already sold out include: S303 in Freight Australia, S300 in VR Blue and Gold , S306 in VR Blue and Gold, S309 in V/Line, S310 in V/Line and S317 in VR Blue and Gold.

The price of the S Class remains at $265.00 per loco. Some numbers are sold out or close to sell-out, so don't procrastinate too long or you will miss out!

Structorama

* Built up and unassembled kits of StructOrama Signal Box, Miner's Cottage & Village Hall are now available! Prices start from $29.95.

Trainorama 44 Class

* Running numbers 4475, 4484 (Red Terror) of the TrainOrama 44 Class are nearly sold out, so don't leave it too late if you're thinking of placing an order!!

All remaining stocks of the 44 Class are dwindling, so don't wait too long if you're thinking of purchasing one today. 4469 in Red Terror and 4483 in Southern Shorthaul Railroad are sold out.

New 44 Class

The new 44 class comes with 6 different running numbers: 4401 in Preserved Tuscan, 4458 in Blue and Yellow, 4461 in Red and Yellow, 4480 and 4483 in Freightcorp Blue, and 4497 in IRA Silver. They are priced at $245 each. Don't miss the chance to get yours as they are a very Limited Run.

Single Ended/Double Ended 930 Class

Both single ended and doubled ended class still available at $255.00 while stocks last. The single ended is an extremely limited run with Single Ended SAR 930 already sold out. Don't miss out on getting one now!

Trainorama 47 Class

Running numbers 4711, 4717 (R&H), and 4718 are completely sold out, with the remaining numbers being 4701 in Tuscan/Candy, 4705 in Tuscan, 4716 in Tuscan, 4720 in Tuscan, 4712 in Candy, and 4714 in Candy. All stocks are now dwindling on these world class locos, so don't procrastinate any longer if you want one!

Trainorama 49 class, Series 1 and 2

The 49 class diesel-electric locomotive is Available Now! Five running numbers (4901, 4903, 4908, 4912) are available in the series 1 wide valance version and 4 numbers (4914, 4915, 4917) are available in the series 2 narrow valance version. Some numbers are nearing sell-out, so don't miss out on the opportunity to obtain one now!

4901 in Green and Yellow, 4910 in Tuscan and 4918 in Candy have sold out.

Trainorama Wagons

The re-runs of the FWH, BWH wheat hopper are available now, with stocks almost sold out! Limited stocks remain of the BWH and FWH.
BCH & FCH packs have all sold out!

The pack consisting of 1 BWH and 3 RU wagons having completely sold out, and all BCH wagon packs have sold out too!.

The rest of these wagon packs are available in packs of 4 at price $145.00 for the BWH and FWH.

The re-runs of the OHG-GHG Brake Vans and Louvre Vans have completely SOLD OUT, as well as the RU wheat wagons.

Limited stocks remain of the UL and S trucks.

Currently, very limited stocks of various wagon bogies are available for purchase, such as the NSWGR 2BP, or VR LVX Van Bogies. To check them out, simply click on the "Accessories" page.

COMING SOON FROM TRAINORAMA

Trainorama 48 & 830 Class

The first 48 Class & 830 Class factory samples have arrived and is available for viewing at the Trainorama headquarters in West Ryde.

Further modifications are being made to the tooling to allow for all variations to be included on each model so that they are spot on. Series 1 and 2 versions of the 48 and 830 will be arriving in late 2010, while the Series 3 version will follow later on.

Trainorama 42/GM Classes

First factory painted samples of the 42 class is currently available for viewing at the shop. Please bear in mind that these are only the first samples and still have a few minor issues to be sorted before they go into production.

Each 42 class will be customised to each particular number.

The 42 is due in early 2010 and GM late 2010.

The preorder price is at $265.00 each.

Trainorama PHG/MHG Brake Vans

Tooling for the NSWR MHG and PHG Brake Vans are almost complete, with first test samples available for viewing at the shop.
